Ideal for a family getaway
The staff treated us like royalty, especially when they noticed my son needed extra pillows, they delivered them swiftly without even being asked. The breakfast buffet was a hit with the kids, tons of options. A great way to start the day!
Wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was still okay.

View from the room. Location. Pool area. Lovely breakfast area overlooking the pool. Excellent service by staff. Very comfortable, large bed and luxury bathroom.
No free WiFi in rooms. Breakfasts were ordinary compared to hotels in Europe and Asia (but no worse than any other hotel we stayed at in the usa). Noisy airconditioning - high airflow. No tea / coffee making facilities.

No nonsense, just the truth
The cabana room was a fantastic upgrade, providing direct pool access. The food was really good, and the staff were attentive and friendly, especially the bell captain. The ambiance filled with celebrity history is a highlight. It's a charming experience overall.

A wide array of food for breakfast, which was fantastic to satisfy everyone. The deluxe double room was newly remodelled and extremely pleasant with a comfortable bed. The location of the property was marvellous and beautiful, in the tower that is new

The staff were friendly and if you were lucky you'd be able to spot someone famous! The restaurant Circa 55 was also lovely.

the atmosphere was excellent, they had two events while we were there and very expensive cars and lots of fancy people, we did not get the deluxe king room the first night although it was booked
the food was too expensive, the treats in the room were too expensive, chips would be five dollars and a sandwich 24, we did not know parking was 25 a day and valet parking 36 dollars a day, the first day we were given double bed instead of a king and when i complaint they said that the reservation does not guarantee what we get, they were full and did not have a king bed, the next day they had the king bed so we moved and the room was much nicer, had a balcony and great view, the view room was smaller and no view, no balcony

The convenience of being close to everything, great location! Also the staff was excellent (not so much the valley parking staff) the rest was a great experience I will stay again.

Enjoyed our meal at The Trader Vics and the hairdresser, manicure and pedicure were very good.
I resent the fact that you have to pay for WIFI in your room and it is free in the lobby. Apart from anything else the result is that the lobby and bar areas clog up with people using their computers.

The outdoor swimming pool and cozy garden area were perfect spots to relax after a long day exploring. Only wish they had coffee makers in the rooms, but overall, we loved our time here 😊
